Great Atlantic Resource & Reserve Estimates

In its September 2025 Updated Feasibility Study, SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. updated the Great Atlantic Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve estimates. The estimates are in accordance with National Instrument 43-101, have an effective date of September 30, 2025, and are set out in the NI 43-101 Technical Report filed on SEDAR+.

CIM (2014) definitions were followed for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves. Bulk density is 2.16 t/m³. Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability, and Mineral Resources are inclusive of Mineral Reserves. Reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction were demonstrated by reporting within mineable shapes, with mean resource grades exceeding the 95.0% NaCl (±0.5%) specification outlined in ASTM Designation D632-12 (2012).
