Supplier selection is also guided by our benefits agreement with the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and its Gender Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Plan.
Atlas Salt holds health and safety to the highest standard across our operations — our target is zero incidents. For our employees, for our suppliers, and for our contractors. Suppliers are expected to maintain compliance with all Atlas Salt health and safety requirements and demonstrate commitment to responsible programs, including the elimination of workplace illness and physiological health and safety.
Atlas Salt's Supplier Code of Conduct sets forth the fundamental expectations of its suppliers: business integrity, environmental compliance, and employment practices. All suppliers and their subsidiaries — including all subcontractors — are held to these standards, and suppliers are required to take reasonable measures to ensure their own suppliers implement them as relevant.

Completing the form does not guarantee an invitation to bid or a contract, nor does it imply a procurement relationship with Atlas Salt, now or in the future. If the Great Atlantic Salt Project considers a sourcing event for goods or services described in your registration, your application may be considered and we may contact you.
